Meeting Postponement to 2021
Providing a safe and healthy environment for our attendees, faculty, industry partners and staff at our meetings is always the top priority. The Program Chairs and office for this meeting has been closely monitoring the events surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak and due to ongoing concerns and uncertainty surrounding travel and restrictions for attendees and faculty, the program originally scheduled for April 17-18, 2020 at The Bellevue Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is being postponed to 2021
. Communications regarding the postponed dates in 2021 will be forthcoming.
The Bellevue Hotel will cancel the room reservations within the room block that has been used for the 2020 program. If you are an attendee or faculty and have not received a room cancellation email in the next week, please advise us by email
. In addition, all 2020 attendee meeting registrations will be refunded.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This was an extremely difficult decision but one which we believe is in the best interests of our faculty, attendees, as well as our industry partners, at the present time. Our Program Chairs put together an excellent program and we will work diligently to establish a similar program for 2021. In the meantime, we wish for health and recovery to all those affected and hope to see everyone at this program in 2021.
